		<description>I always use the pita bread as a base. I get the small ones for H &#38; M, and they make their own. They have interesting tastes.....pineapple and frozen peas !!! ham and cheese. Not my cuppa tea. I buy a few prawns for mine. John , of course prefers ham or hot salami. I also use low fat mozzarella. Maybe not quite as healthy as yours, but very delicious all the same.
Am feeling better,still not 100 tho. It went to my chest, which still isn't quite clear. Should be okay for yoga.</description>
